1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration and Management

To use bajilive dev's services, you must create a personal account. Accurate and complete information must be provided to complete registration. Registering with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device, all accounts will be permanently closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

bajilive dev reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A photo of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details fully confidential is your own responsibility. You are considered responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bajilive dev support immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bajilive dev offers deposits and withdrawals for Bangladeshi members via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Members must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals using another person's account are not permitted. Any such activity detected will result in the transaction being cancelled.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bajilive dev offers promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Weekly Deposit Festival

The weekly bajilive dev deposit festival gives a 30% bonus on qualifying deposits, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times, and the minimum deposit is ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per week.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus funds are misused or there is an attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, the account will be closed.
• bajilive dev reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active, unless specifically approved.

5 Betting Rules

bajilive dev offers sports betting on cricket, football, and various other sporting events. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid once the platform's system has successfully confirmed it. Bets left incomplete due to network issues may be considered void, and the stake will be returned in such cases.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on bajilive dev are subject to change in line with the market. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the bets on that event will be voided and the stakes returned to the member's account. However, if the result of the event has already been determined, that result will stand as final.

5.4 Manipulation or Fraud

If any attempt is made to defraud the betting system, fix matches, or gain an advantage through any other dishonest means, bajilive dev will immediately close the relevant account and all balances will be forfeited.

6 VIP Membership Terms

bajilive dev's VIP program is divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated based on the total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a member's activity and overall participation. bajilive dev reserves the right to review or change any member's VIP tier.

7 Customer Service and Contact

bajilive dev's customer service team provides support seven days a week, 24 hours a day via live chat and email. Support is available in both Bengali and English.

7.1 Complaints Process

Members must submit any complaint in writing to the support team. bajilive dev will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. bajilive dev's decision will be considered final.

10.1 Technical Downtime

bajilive dev's services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. An advance notice will be attempted in such situations, however bajilive dev is not obligated to provide compensation for this.

10.2 Software Restrictions

Using any bot, script, or automated software that could influence the betting system is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

11 Amendments to Terms and Account Closure

11.1 Changes to Terms

bajilive dev reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Right to Close Accounts

bajilive dev reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misuse of bonus funds
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment of other members or staff
• Violation of any clause of these terms

11.3 Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact the support team. The account will be closed and the remaining balance will be withdrawable once it is confirmed that there are no active bets and all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

12 Limitation of Liability

bajilive dev is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, network outages, or third parties. Members are responsible for their own betting decisions.
